Who am I?
I hold a BFA degree in photography and painting from Hunter College, CUNY and am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a Columbia University affiliate. In June 2008 I received my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Columbia University's Teacher College in Health Counseling. How did I get here?
Several years ago I enrolled in a six-month program with Holistic Health Counselor Alice Moore. After dealing with low energy and sugar cravings for years, my health and personal satisfaction improved dramatically and I learned ways to create health that I still rely on today. My passion for holistic health was sparked!

Who do I work with?
My clients include individuals managing significant health issues, as well as others who are generally healthy and interested in fine tuning their current lifestyle for improved health, well-being, and personal fulfillment, without monotony and restrictions galore.

Enjoying the process and creating a casual yet supportive environment is central to my approach. I'm here to help you make sense of conflicting health and nutrition information out there in a way that is personalized to YOU.

Distance is not an obstacle!
