I hold a BFA degree in photography and painting from Hunter College, CUNY and am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a Columbia University affiliate. In June 2008 I received my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Columbia University's Teacher College in Health Counseling. In June 2008 I became a member of the American Association of Drugless Practioners (www.aadp.net). .
My clients include individuals managing significant health issues, as well as others who are generally healthy and interested in fine tuning their current lifestyle for improved health, well-being, and personal fulfillment, without monotony and restrictions galore.
Enjoying the process and creating a casual yet supportive environment is central to my approach. I'm here to help you make sense of conflicting health and nutrition information out there in a way that is personalized to YOU.
Just because we don't live in the same city doesn't mean you can't take advantage of getting healthier and making positive changes with my help. I offer individual and group counseling over the phone and in person -- email me if you'd like to discuss how working together could benefit you!
